As promised in our first blog, "The Green Movement", this is an explanation of Carbon Footprint.  Many of you may have heard this phrase in recent years and are curious about what it involves. It's time to learn about the facts and calculate your annual carbon emissions!

Having family in another state is not always a bad thing.  I have the opportunity to see them 2-3 times a year.  My mode of transportation-FLYING! (No way would I survive the 22 hour drive from San Diego to San Antonio). While waiting for my most recent flight I grabbed a bottle of water from the terminal shop.  Maybe it's because I just started with Eco Discount Store, or maybe I've always been an Eco-fanatic, either way I always notice environmentally friendly goodies.  Today I was set for best value, and right away I spotted  Project 7's biodegradable bottle. SCORE!!! $2.79 for 23.9 FL.Oz...in an airport, that's a good deal!
